I'm a multimedia journalist and artist focused on telling underrepresented and overlooked stories in creative and interactive ways. I currently work as senior editor for Mi Voce y La Tuya, a BIPOC-focused media site, and as audio producer for news analysis podcast News from a Boring Dystopia.
Originally from Peru, I've studied in Lima, New York and Shanghai but now call Los Angeles home. I graduated in December 2020 from New York University with a B.A. in Journalism and Sociology. In the first half of 2020, I was an editorial and social media intern for Modern Luxury Media and deputy editor for NYU’s student newspaper Washington Square News.
Whenever I'm not writing, drawing or photographing, you can find me biking around the city or playing with my cat Mochi.
